The hotel is ideally located with stunning scenic views and immediate access to Ireland's best bicycle greenway. The rooms had a strong smell of damp and were a bit stuffy, being on the first floor. The service was exceptionally friendly, with helpful and accommodating staff. The dining experience offered a buffet of very good quality and standard, including fare from the award-winning adjoining butchers. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with plenty of hot water and towels, offering great value for the price. The service provided by the lovely manager Sharon was exceptional, making us feel truly welcome. The location was ideal for a peaceful holiday near beautiful attractions, and the dining experience, despite a minor hiccup with the fruit salad, was enjoyable. Overall, a great stay with amazing value for money.

The hotel room I stayed in was like a sauna because all my painting equipment was inside, but it was quite spacious and clean. The service from the staff members, especially the kind boy at reception and manager Sharon, was very pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent for a quiet holiday, right on the main street of Newport, where I could relax and watch the world go by.
